Leadership Actionbooks are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.
How delivery works
- Complete checkout using a valid email address.
- After successful payment, WooCommerce creates an order confirmation and secure download permission.
- Use the download link on the confirmation page or in the transactional email.
- If an account is associated with the order, previous purchases may also be available under My Account → Downloads.
Delivery timing
Access is normally provided immediately after a successful payment. Payment review, bank authorization, fraud screening, service interruption, or an incorrect email address may delay delivery.
File format and devices
Unless a product page states otherwise, Actionbooks are delivered as PDF files. Customers need a compatible PDF reader and enough device storage. Product-specific file details are shown on the relevant product page.
Secure access
Download links are personal to the purchaser and must not be shared. We may limit or revoke access where a link is being distributed, abused, or used in breach of the purchase terms. Contact support if a legitimate link expires or stops working.
If the email or download does not arrive
- Check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders.
- Confirm that the checkout email address was entered correctly.
- Check My Account → Downloads if available.
- Email info@leadershipactionbook.com with the order number, purchase email, and product title.
Incorrect or defective files
If the delivered file is corrupted, incomplete, materially different from the product description, or cannot be accessed using the stated requirements, contact us promptly. We will try to replace the file or restore access and will provide another remedy where required under the Refund and Returns Policy or applicable law.
Draft note: final publication depends on successful payment, email, and protected-download testing after Stripe approval.
