- Check the order-completion email and its download link.
- Sign in to My Account using the purchase email and open Downloads.
- Try a current browser and ensure pop-ups or downloads are not blocked.
- If the link is missing, expired, or produces an error, email us with the order number and product title.
Payment or refund help
If a payment fails, do not repeatedly submit it. Confirm your billing details, contact your card provider if necessary, or email us with the time of the attempt and any error message. For refund requests, review the Refund and Returns Policy and include the reason for your request.
File compatibility
Leadership Actionbooks are delivered as PDF files unless the product page states otherwise. You will need a device and application capable of opening standard PDF documents.
