This policy explains how refund requests are handled for digital Actionbooks purchased from leadershipactionbook.com. Leadership Actionbook is published by Impacto LLC, licensed in the United Arab Emirates through Sharjah Media City (SHAMS).
14-day request period
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Because our products are downloadable digital content, voluntary refunds are normally available only when the file has not been downloaded, opened, accessed, or otherwise used.
This condition does not limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
When we will review a refund or replacement
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The product was not delivered and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time.
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened using a compatible PDF reader.
- The product is materially different from the description shown at the time of purchase.
- A refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Where practical, we may first provide a working replacement file or restore your protected download access. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, we will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy.
How to request a refund
Email info@leadershipactionbook.com within 14 days of purchase. Include:
- Your order number.
- The email address used for the order.
- The title of the Actionbook or bundle.
- A short explanation of the issue.
We aim to review a complete request within five business days.
Approved refunds
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
- We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or independent bank or payment-provider fees.
- After a full refund, the related licence and download access end.
Bundles
A bundle is treated as one digital purchase. Accessing or downloading any included Actionbook normally ends the voluntary refund option for the bundle, subject to mandatory rights and remedies for defective, inaccessible, incomplete, or misdescribed content.
Fair use
We may refuse a voluntary refund where there is evidence of repeated refund abuse, unauthorized sharing, copying, resale, or another material breach of the purchase terms. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
