These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from leadershipactionbook.com and the use of Leadership Actionbook digital products. The website and products are operated by Impacto LLC, registered through Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), United Arab Emirates.
Products and educational purpose
Leadership Actionbooks provide general educational information and practical management guidance. They are not legal, human-resources, medical, mental-health, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Apply the material with appropriate judgment and seek qualified advice where a situation requires it.
Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes and the final payable total will be shown at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel or refund an order affected by a clear pricing, availability, security, or technical error.
Digital delivery
Products are delivered electronically through the order-confirmation page, transactional email, or the customer account area. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining compatible software and a secure device. Contact info@leadershipactionbook.com if access fails.
Personal-use licence
Each purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the purchased Actionbook for personal use. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, customers may not share download links, upload files to shared repositories, reproduce or distribute substantial portions, resell, sublicense, translate for distribution, or use the content to create a competing product.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for defective, inaccessible, incomplete, or materially misdescribed products.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or delivery, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, or use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights or applicable law.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms prospectively and will publish the revised date. Purchases remain subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase unless a change is required by law. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and competent jurisdiction that apply.
